Application for LCACP examination
Application for LCACP examination is for verification that you have met the pre-requisites for the LCACP exam. There is a separate fee for taking the exam.

LCACP Renewal
This is the fee for renewal of LCACP certification. It is required every three years. The fee should be accompanied by a list of the earned CEU's.
