Book sales are not refundable.

Membership sales are not refundable.

LCACP application and exam fees are not refundable.

An 80% refund for cancellation of LCA XI registration is available up to 1 August, 2011.
After that there are no refunds.

LCA XI registrations may be transferred to another attendee without a fee.
